In the framework of the SNPA-project during 11-14 December 2018, the first modular training “Methodology and practice of training and development of the capacity of employees and trainers of the PAs” took place in Lviv.

Three representatives from eight target territories of the project were invited to participate in the training. During the training, the participants got acquainted with the general principles of adult education with the methods of formal, informal and informational education and the role of trainers, as well as with the methodology for assessing the needs of training/development of target groups in the institutions of the Nature Reserve Fund.

Based on the results of the work during the training, representatives of the target PAs received homework to analyze the training needs of their teams, which will be the basis for the future training programme.

The second module of the training is scheduled for February 2019.
